time, unanswered
time passes me slowly,
looks me in the eye,
a thin smile on his lips.
a flick of his wrist;
the last leaf of autumn
sails the final voyage
in the exodus to earth.
(how marvellous it is,
that all borne so high
should return thus!)
in the winter chill,
he finds home still;
my desolation
his inspiration,
as i breathe out
the ashes of spring.
then suddenly,
as if born of the dark-
a wolf howls,
mockingly,
sharing its exuberance
with the frosty night;
where there is blood,
there is hope,
yet silence kills
the lusty lycanthrope.
his black cloak fluttering in the stillness,
he stops to check a broken watch,
and asks,almost conversationally,
for time,
and almost lovingly,
time stands still.
together, they reign as lord and master,
and nothing i do will make day come faster.
"You are but a corpse,
animated,
your rendition of what came to be,
lifeless."
whispering their sweet nothings into my mind,
i start to feel my soul go blind,
yet a thought flits past;
a one winged butterfly,
and suddenly;
a warmth grips him from within,
the pounding and beating of hearts akin,
that spreads and floats,
and flies around,
that seems to emanate
from the ground.
"There is love." he whispered,
as they stand still, stunned,
from what they inferred,
in the bitter cold that no longer numbed;
and as one released,
at last to walk free,
deeper in the woods
as finally,
they remained to stand,
lifeless,as two undone,
the nightingale heralding
a golden, glorious sun.
never again did i ask,
my love.

- 2:56 pm
the sun beats down mercilessly outside as i lace my boots and prepare for the game to come. another dreary sunday afternoon, and the surrounding emptiness seems to mock the parallel within. dust motes float in the air, shimmering, sparkling as each one catches the light and throws it back out. so slow.
we live in nervous trepidation of
each next impending event,
but what if there was no next?
arent we all just
waiting for death?
laugh godot, laugh

the nights are a bit darker, and a bit colder than they used to be; but the stars shine brightly far away and maybe
maybe we shall see what we shall see.
it wont be cold anymore.
hope springs anew

winds change,
times shift,
only one soul
left to lift;
and maybe it was always this way?
maybe; just to discover another day.

and for the last time, no i will not entertain any thought of any form of homosexual relationship. i am man hear me roar.
dramafeste was such a blast. acting again on stage with waikit, making fun of everything and anything around us was fun, fun, fun! we just watched the plays, ran down onto stage and did whatever we felt like (which most of the time- sorry always involved making fun of the plays), which always works. thats how hullett featured a boy breaking out from jail with fellow convict paris hilton only to receive instructions on building a great ark under the instructions of superman while creating america, delivering george bush and trying to cheer up SJI boys.
moor on the other hand became about the lion who escaped and how everyone who saw him go became jemuvahs witnesses, the sick mind behind the merlion and the joys of revada and with a mighty yell of "this is singapore!", spartan combat. morrisson also got in on the act with their "greatest show on earth!" brought to the world by borat who explained how "special boys get special treats" and how "strongman say his muscles dont lie, but i am stronger- and my hips dont lie", before sending haresh potter down to defeat the dark lord by being darker than him.
bayley were commented on by mr bean and paris hilton, while having retard little boy getting 'piak piak'ed by everybody around whilst finally buckley involved gollum, darth vader, the kicking of forgotten furniture, staring at long fingernails, discovering seven year old knives not taken out of sofas that obviously werent cleaned properly by lousy maids, and finally, undramatic deaths.
lets not forget the theatre games! and the joys of china (si pu siau pu liao) with good old corrosively radioactive toothpaste, snapped made in china toothbrushes, nin jiom pepa kao as well as chairman maos char siew pao and the chinese national anthem. oh and all the kids wai kit adopted, and how the one who said he was kidnapped got thrown into the brick making kiln. no worries, if you burn yourself just apply the toothpaste. after all, kuomintang shi ba! mao zedong, wan suay!
